What are your fitness goals for 2018?
To get in better shape and more fit.
I would like to become a better runner!
What is your weekly workout routine?
HIIT Class – Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Power Hours – Tuesday and Thursday
I also use the machines upstairs and run/walk on the track.
What keeps you motivated?
I love seeing the improvements in my muscles and the changes to my body. Going to JoDee and Alaina’s classes keep me going because they push you to get better.
Do you have a success story to share?
The biggest success to date would be seeing how hard work and dedication to the gym can change your body and your life!
